The hotel's location was central, to outside activities.

Reasonably large and well-appointed rooms with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. With coffee/tea making machines and a fridge. Affable welcoming staff, particularly good location in the forest.

Place was good looking and quaint, truly enjoyed the stay.

The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a large wooded area, right by fitness center, Williamsburg Inn and to town, several historical areas, and the historic colonial williamsburg. I was offered a room with lovely views over the very beautiful garden and golf greens.

Every time in Williamsburg, I choose this place. Tbh, the hotel is a bit old, even so it has lovely views. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are exceptional and well-appointed.

Had 1 day in Williamsburg, spending our time here lovely. Booked a room with pleasant patio. Coffee/tea making machines and a fridge were provided if needed.

The bed was very stiff, that's my bad luck.

The location is very special, 1 mile from a pre-revolution British royal residence. There is a lot of amazing food for breakfast. We have stayed at this family-run hotel previously and would return there;))

The hotel was in a stunning location, to all the events we wanted to attend. The restaurant was located within 900 feet. The rooms were huge and exceptional, and the bathroom was nice with a tub.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Griffin Hotel - A Colonial. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view. The location was convenient to colonial Williamsburg, making it easy to explore. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Huge room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Colonial decoration. Location - marvellous just next door to the College of William, and all Williamsburg attractions.

Fairly clean hotel in a beautiful building close to several historical areas as well as the Colonial Parkway which connected with the Virginia Capital Trail. Beautiful location, right next to Ewing Smokehouse. Also, easy to walk downtown.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the historical center and within walking distance of everything in the Colonial Williamsburg area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the 24-hour executive lounge stocked with drinks and snacks. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful, adding to the overall charm of the stay.

our recent stay at griffin was exceptional - the staff treated us like family, and the beautiful decor, spacious rooms, and lovely grounds made for a peaceful and relaxing experience. the location, within walking distance of colonial williamsburg, was a definite plus.
